The Taylor Haus was owned by local legend Marvin Joines and became a familiar part of the Stewartstown-area community. For countless local residents, the restaurant wasn't simply somewhere to grab a meal—it was a gathering place. It was the kind of hometown restaurant where you could walk through the door, recognize familiar faces, sit down for a good meal, and catch up with friends and neighbors.

That history means something to us.

As the new owners of the restaurant, we are proud to carry that tradition forward while beginning an exciting new chapter as Hopewell Station Family Restaurant. Although the name has changed, our commitment to being a welcoming, locally owned family restaurant remains at the heart of everything we do.

We have tremendous respect for the history of the Taylor Haus, for Marvin Joines, and for the many customers who helped make this location a special part of the community over the years. We hope to honor that history while creating new traditions and memories for generations of families to come.
